All of you might know that Navratri is one of the most prominent and important festivals among Hindus. This festival is being celebrated in the Hindu month of Ashwin during October each year. This Goddess wields a Trident and lotus in her hands. She rides on a divine bull named Nandi. Her real name is Parvati who was born as the daughter of Himalayas that is the king of all mountains. 2-Goddess Brahmacharini
The Goddess Brahmacharini is the 2nd divine form of Goddess Durga. This Goddess holds a rudraksha mala and sacred Kamandala in her two hands and walks bare feet. She is that form of Goddess Parvati who did great penance to please Lord Shiva. She is worshipped on the 2nd fortnight of Navratri that is also called dritiya. 3-Goddess Chandraghanta
Goddess Chandraghanta is the 3rd divine form of Goddess Durga. She is worshipped on the 3rd fortnight of Navratri that is called as tritiya. 4-Goddess Kushmanda
